Do you see yourself as a leader?
I see myself as a forced leader. I shrink from being placed is positions of authority. I do not want the responsibility that comes with power, nor do I want to exercise the ambition required by the ladder.
However, I am the first person to answer a question with kindness.
I am a rational problem solver with a firm belief that with enough will power and charm, any issue can be resolved amicably.
If I must lead, I will do so to ensure that no one less qualified than me will take my place.
I can’t decide if I don’t want to be a leader out of fear or laziness. It’s exhausting to always be expected to have an answer. The pressure of being influential can be debilitating.
This wasn’t the answer I thought I would give, but MAN can anonymity make you honest.
